Taxation and Regulation

Americans are being taxed into slavery and regulated into submission by a federal government gone feral.

The Tea Party movement that galvanized the nation in rebuttal to President Obama’s dismissal and destruction of the Constitution and consequent overreach, largely supported by a compliant ill-informed main stream media, has been effectively, although unsubstantially, labeled as racist. It’s important to remember that the Tea Party movement stood up against Obama on the foundation that his policies and actions would dramatically increase taxes and fundamentally transform the American way of life for the worse.

Racism is the cause celebre used by The Obama Regime against Americans who disagree with him. The purely Saul Alinsky tactic to silence dissent through ridicule is one of Obama’s tools — Alinsky: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.’

Not surprising, Alinsky’s book “Rules for Radicals” is dedicated to Lucifer.

Taxed Enough Already (TEA) Party Patriots, as they are called, still challenge the numerous unconstitutional actions. NEWSL.ORG supports the tenants of the Tea Party movement.

Foremost in the Constitutional insult is the use of the IRS as a weapon. Taxation as a weapon.

NEWSL.ORG follows the Carl Menger’s “Principles of Economics” Austrian school of economic understanding; NEWSL.ORG believes the Keynesian model of economics is a foolish, failed, idealist model that serves only to dismantle power from citizens and turn them into subjects by redistributing wealth via charade.

Obama follows the Keynesian model: Spend your way to prosperity.

NEWSL.ORG also follows the works of F.A. Hayek and Dr. Larry Hunter to better understand how viable economies works.

Hunter puts it bluntly: “Taxes are political weapons of mass destruction used by governments against their own people. During the past century, the IRS has grown into a vicious, hydra-headed monster, a bureaucratic despot, completely out of control and in principle uncontrollable.”

NEWSL.ORG will take every opportunity to expose the actions of the federal government that results in unconstitutional and unwarranted taxation.

With regard to regulation, under Obama alone, the U.S. government has generated more than 15,000 pages of new regulation that have been added to the 80,000 pages in the Federal Register. Police do not even know what the laws are any longer. Many say that the average American commits a crime against the laws of the nation every day. While a subject for another space, it is remarkable that the United States has the highest number of incarcerated citizens per capital on the planet. Alex Jones calls America the “Prison Planet.”

More sinister is the use of government regulation to control the American population.

America has become a bureaucratic nation. While society requires rules and regulations, the sheer mass of U.S. regulatory ropes and chains has bound citizens and made them subjects. It has gotten to the point where citizens do not know the regulations, bureaucrats do not know the regulation…no one knows what the regulations say, and if they put up a challenge, the government thugs would launch into interpretive dance and crush any opposition.

The many hundreds of thousands of rules that have been created have made criminals of the law-abiding, and has made the game unplayable and unwinnable.

NEWSL.ORG will serve as a regulation watchdog. NEWSL.ORG‘s goals include the publicizing oppressive government regulations that injure the American way of life.

Whether it’s the IRS, EPA, Departments of Energy, Justice, Defense, Commerce, Agriculture, Education Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Treasury, Labor, State, and yes, even the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, are all-in on the Executive Branch regulation avalanche.

Regulation is strangling American freedom and prosperity.
